Muscle Relaxation

Having too much tension in your muscles reduces your strength, speed and coordination and increases your risk of injury. Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) is a technique for reducing muscle tension, particularly when caused by anxiety and stress.

How Does PMR Work?

PMR works by repeatedly tensing and releasing muscles to produce a deep sense of relaxation. The Mindset app contains a guided PMR exercise that you can use at any time. Use it to stay relaxed and perform at your peak.
